The availability of all our services isguaranteed by an SLA : a document that defines the quality of service required between a service provider and a customer. Thus you could request financial compensation from Hosteur if we do not respect our obligations.
In order to ensure impeccable service we have also set up our program Satisfied or refunded. All new Hosteur customers have the opportunity during a period of 30 days to test our products and services and to receive a refund in case of dissatisfaction.

Optimal security for your data
Hosteur is committed to keeping your most sensitive data secure. Thus each installation and each piece of equipment is fully redundant to ensure an optimal level of reliability. We have set up a 24/24 and 7/7 on-call service available with a dedicated line.
HOSTEUR uses technology leaders (Cisco and DELL) for its core network so we have no peering agreement and work directly with many operators (Interoute Cogent Level 3) to get as close as possible to our customers .
Our experts continuously monitor network infrastructures to intervene preventively if a problem is detected.
Cutting-edge technology
All the servers we use are DELL servers one of the world leaders in the market. Our Cloud Computing offering is fully based on solid pillars like VMWare to guarantee our customers speed of execution and superior quality of service.
We have several links connected to the INTEROUTE LEVEL3 and COGENT network providers which makes our network one of the best in France (direct connections to the main access providers such as ORANGE FREE SFR DARTY etc...).
We use CISCO ASR 9001 for our edge routers and our core network is 10 Gbits. All of our switches are 24 or 48 port DELL Gbits so you can be sure you are connected in Gbits regardless of your subscription plan.

Since its creation Hosteur has always tried to reduce its impact on the environment. Since web industries consume so much energy it is essential that we use all of our resources in a responsible and sustainable manner.
Currently 50% of the energy in our data centers comes from renewable resources. Our goal is to gradually shift to the exclusive use of green energy across all of our sites.

Team spirit
Hosteur has adopted horizontal management where thanks to the collaboration between the different members of the team we are able to achieve excellent results while avoiding stress at work as much as possible.
In order to increase the daily satisfaction of our employees and give them more freedom we have implemented flexible hours. Some team members work remotely on a regular basis thus avoiding the stress and wasted time of travel.
Unlike the majority of companies in the IT industries Hosteur prides itself that almost half of our employees are women. Our company also regularly offers internship or work-study opportunities and hires students for graphics services or for setting up event projects.
